Che dire, ho acquistato da loro un abito da cerimonia ed io e il mio compagno i nostri abiti per il matrimonio e mia madre il suo. Consigliato per la vasta scelta e gli ottimi prezzi. Tornerò sicuramente per altri acquisti.
The sympathy of the owners is already a winning card, they manage to put you at ease in an incredible way. What can I say, I bought a formal dress from them and my partner and I our wedding dresses and my mother hers. Recommended for the wide choice and excellent prices. Ci sono stata almeno 3 volte in ogni caso e, a parte non aver trovato nulla di mio gradimento, in due occasioni ho dovuto attendere molto tempo e tra l'altro non sono stata trattata con molta cortesia. Questa è la mia opinione personale e non dubito che tutti i vostri clienti siano entusiasti ma penso sia fisiologico non poter soddisfare tutti. La cosa che non mi sembra normale è non capirlo e non rispettare le opinioni espresse in una recensione, arrivando tra l'altro a contattarmi in privato. Comunque non si preoccupi, non mi vedrà più nel suo negozio quindi non c'è bisogno di fare polemica.

I've been there at least 3 times in any case and, apart from not having found anything to my liking, on two occasions I had to wait a long time and among other things I was not treated with much courtesy. This is my personal opinion and I do not doubt that all your customers are enthusiastic but I think it is physiological not to be able to satisfy everyone. The thing that does not seem normal to me is not to understand it and not to respect the opinions expressed in a review, even coming to contact me in private. But don't worry, he won't see me in his shop anymore so there's no need to argue.
