Too bad a nice structure, but very neglected by the municipality. We would need a structural improvement and take advantage of it in little more.

This structure is not externally cared for and is also located in a somewhat shabby suburban area. It should be redeveloped and enhanced. It might be a good property but the first impression is of something neglected and in a state of neglect.
