Sono andata nel periodo natalizio ed ho immaginato il loro stress per questo sono stata più di 30 minuti ad aspettare che qualcuno mi dia attenzione (neanche un saluto) atteggiamenti veramente da sbruffone quando ho chiesto educatamente un informazione . Nonostante abbia pure speso bei soldi con l aiuto del altra Collega . Bah ..non ci vado piu
Shop assistant or owner I don't know who he was but very rude. I went over the Christmas period and I imagined their stress and for this I was more than 30 minutes waiting for someone to give me attention (not even a greeting) really boastful attitudes when I politely asked for information. Although he also spent good money with the help of the other colleague. Bah .. I don't go there anymore

I must say that competence, professionalism, prices, offer articles ... and sympathy, are the characteristic ... "trademark" of this rare and precious point of sale for ski lovers in the city if not in the region !! Absolutely recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganizzati - 8gg per fare le lamine e il fondo agli sci, danno l'appuntamento e quando arrivi non sono pronti.
Scortesi - rispondono maleducatamente ai clienti anche quando hanno palesemente torto (vedi sopra)
Presuntuosi - trascurano il fatto che ci sono tanti altri negozi a cui rivolgersi.
In una parola PESSIMI !
Disorganized - 8 days to make the edges and the bottom of the skis, they give the appointment and when they arrive they are not ready.
Rude - they rudely respond to customers even when they are obviously wrong (see above)
Presumptuous - they overlook the fact that there are so many other stores to turn to.
In a word PESSIMI!
