Il corpo umano non è cambiato negli ultimi 30 anni, per cui non vedo quale sia la necessita di cambiare. Inoltre il personale è gentile, cordiale e professionale. La consiglio. Vintage-style gym, I personally love that 80's charm. The machines are not modern, but they are not malfunctioning either. The human body hasn't changed in the past 30 years, so I don't see what the need for change is. In addition, the staff is polite, friendly and professional. I recommend it.
S	Simo DL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda la sala pesi, posso solo dire che i macchinari sono vecchi e non vengono effettuati nuovi investimenti da almeno otto anni. Il personale della palestra, dal mio punto di vista, è impreparato in special modo per quanto concerne la programmazione dell'allenamento e il tipo di esercizi che propone (solo qua propongono ancora la lat machine dietro ai propri clienti). La palestra è di norma aperta solo il pomeriggio. Infine il prezzo di un abbonamento mensile di 60 euro è alquanto elevato rispetto a ciò che la palestra offre (con la sola eccezione di una riduzione per gli studenti fino a 19 anni). Puntualizzo che la mia esperienza si limita alla sala pesi, pertanto non posso esprime una opinione per i corsi di vario genere che vengono propinati. As for the weight room, I can only say that the machines are old and no new investments have been made for at least eight years. The staff of the gym, from my point of view, is especially unprepared for what concerns the training schedule and the type of exercises it offers (only here they still offer the lat machine behind their customers). The gym is normally only open in the afternoon. Finally, the price of a monthly subscription of 60 euros is quite high compared to what the gym offers (with the only exception of a reduction for students up to 19 years of age). I point out that my experience is limited to the weight room, therefore I cannot express an opinion for the various types of courses that are offered.
