★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni che mi servivo in varie ortopedie per scarpe e plantari su misura per la mia gravissima attrite reumatoide, mi sono servita presso l’ortopedia Bellinazzi. Ho trovato personale specializzato e qualificato, la preparazione, la professionalità e la cortesia del tecnico ortopedico mi hanno veramente stupito, per non parlare poi del risultato delle scarpe e dei plantari che mi sono state fatte con le quali mi sembra di volare.
Per questo motivo non lascerò mai l’ortopedia Bellinazzi.

After years that I used in various orthopedics for shoes and orthotics tailored for my serious rheumatoid friction, I have served at the Bellinazzi orthopedics. I found specialized and qualified staff, the preparation, professionalism and courtesy of the orthopedic technician really amazed me, not to mention the result of the shoes and insoles that I have been made with which I seem to fly.
For this reason I will never leave the Bellinazzi orthopedics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno per mia mamma per un tutore al anca, personale competente e disponibile sia in negozio sia per telefono, ha seguito la paziente anche in ospedale , risolvendo vari problemi, grazie ancora.
I needed a hip brace for my mom, competent and helpful staff both in the shop and by phone, she followed the patient even in the hospital, solving various problems, thanks again.

Ho comprato presidio sanitario ,su indicazione specialistica.Ritenevo di regola e scontato il rilascio di una ricevuta fiscale, per ovvio beneficio.Loro invece senza informarmi hanno emesso immediatamente un semplice scontrino, negandomi di fatto della possibilità di richiedere una detrazione.Alle mie rimostranze hanno risposto in maniera seccata ed insolente che la richiesta doveva essere fatta prima.Ma vi pare normale una risposta così irritante e di scarsa sensibilità.
Rude arrogant bad communication. I bought health care, on a specialist indication. I generally believed and discounted the issue of a tax receipt, for obvious benefit. Instead, without informing me, they immediately issued a simple receipt, effectively denying me the possibility of requesting a deduction. replied in an annoyed and insolent way that the request had to be made earlier, but it seems normal to have such an irritating and low sensitivity response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nello staff ci sono persone molto preparate, cordiali e disponibili. Ascoltano attentamente le problematiche che si espongono e valutano la soluzione migliore. Non ho riscontrato né fretta né superficialità, anzi molta professionalità.
In the staff there are very prepared, friendly and helpful people. They listen carefully to the problems that arise and evaluate the best solution. I have not found neither haste nor superficiality, indeed a lot of professionalism.

Specialmente il tecnico ortopedico che in seguito alle mie fratture esplose a entrambi i talloni con i plantari che mi sono stati fatti con preparazione e tecnica, risolvendomi completamente i seri problemi di deambulazione.
