★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because in the residence we stayed "Am Kaiserweg" in Collalbo, the personnel was nice and friendly. The cook ( Rudy) and his wife( Carmen) were friendly. They prepared us great dishes. We were very happy. We greet them now that we came back to Sardinia, Cagliari. We stayed from the 8th July to the 22nd of July.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For this price the food is on a moderate to quite low level. Not very tasty, not very clean. Knödels were too soggy. Waiters chatting with German guests and not taking any notice on others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, terrible service. I was unlucky enough to need the loo when we arrived and so sat down a couple of minutes later than the rest of my group. The wait staff were busy so I waited. And waited. And waited. No pun. I might as well have been invisible. Eventually I managed to catch the attention of one waited who promised he would be with me in a moment, then went on to serve about 6 other tables. If it wasn't for the fact that this was a classic day trip middle of nowhere, only place to eat type of situation, I would have left. The food was good, the location pretty, the service terrible. Some members of my party had finished before I even got a menu.
