★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach ein überzeugend konsequentes Konzept von nachhaltig gesunder Bewirtschaftung eines Hotel-/Restaurantbetriebes! Ich hoffe sehr, dass viele Einrichtungen diesem Beispiel folgen werden. Und vom Wohlfühlfaktor absolut top ?
 Simply a convincingly consistent concept of sustainable, healthy management of a hotel/restaurant! I really hope that many institutions will follow this example. And the feel-good factor is absolutely top ?

Mann kann dort oben stundenlang verweilen, bis man wieder hinunter geht um sich an dem herrlichen Essen zu erfreuen. Flankiert von liebenswertem Service und Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
What a beautiful place! From the roof terrace you have a 360 ° view! You can stay up there for hours until you go back down to enjoy the wonderful food. Flanked by lovely service and tips for things to do. We felt very comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zun veganen Bruch dort und konnten draußen in der Sonne sitzen. Uns wurde alles an den Tisch gebracht und auch immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Auswahl war sehr lecker und von süß bis salzig alles dabei, man sieht die Liebe zum Detail. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So einen ruhigen Südtirolurlaub hatten wir noch nie, wunderschöne Gegend der Blick von der Terrasse ein Traum, das Essen war genial ( ich Veganerin ) mein Mann ( Fleischfresser ) Sonderwünsche die wir hatten, wie zum Beispiel heute das Gemüse von meinen Mann sein Teller auf meinen Teller und andere Wünsche wurden erfüllt alles sehr entspannt und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder wünschen Euch alles Gute bis dahin und noch ein extra Dankeschön an das Küchenpersonal war echt lecker
We have never had such a quiet holiday in South Tyrol, beautiful area, the view from the terrace is a dream, the food was awesome (I am vegan), my husband (meat eater) special requests that we had, such as my husband's vegetables on his plate today Plates and other requests were met everything very relaxed and friendly. We would love to come back wish you all the best until then and an extra thank you to the kitchen staff was really tasty
