No stars for rude and incompetent service, refusal to serve delicious mountain tap water ( you have to pay for bottled water at eye- watering price, not mentioning environmental impact), overheated rooms with no way of controlling the temperature and general feel of disappointment. It’s particularly sad as we were here last year and had a great time. Clearly a lot can change in a year...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Sporthotel for a weekend. I find that the location, just at the ski slopes arrival, is perfect for skiers. Obereggen-latemar ski area is one of the best ski resort in the Dolomites. Hotel was very nice and cozy. It has one of the most beautiful swimming pool I have ever seen. Food is great, prepared with healthy ingredients innovating local traditional recipes. I recommend this hotel to those who love winter sports and mountains in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice place to stay. It is on the ski slopes (at the start of the ski area), and this is a must in the morning to start, and in the afternoon when you finish skiing. It is a bit expensive, but it is worth. The food is minimal but of good quality.
