Ogni richiesta fatta per motivi personali è stata prontamente accolta dal personale: esigenza di luce per lettura notturna, phon ad aria fredda per asciugare una medicazione, esigenze particolari per la colazione. Ha spazi per il relax, garantito il silenzio e la tranquillità. Pulizia igiene e rispetto di quanto previsto per il Covid. Un punto di partenza ottimo per molte escursioni, offre iniziative guidate nel rispetto delle capacità individuali. Insomma tanta attenzione. Si fan perdonare un piccolo eccesso nel servizio al tavolo: vino e acqua siano versati su richiesta perché ognuno può avere particolari motivi oggettivi per preferire la degustazione di un solo calice o non bere acqua durante il pasto, senza doversi giustificare. I camerieri lo hanno compreso dimostrando professionalità e capacità di cogliere le reali necessità; qualcun altro ha dimostrato più tenacia nell' imporre il ritmo di mescita. Ma non è mai tardi per imparare. Conclusione: 5 stelle è riduttivo. Ne daremmo almeno 8. Consigliato.

Any request made for personal reasons was promptly accepted by the staff: need for light for night reading, cold air hair dryer to dry a dressing, special needs for breakfast. It has spaces for relaxation, guaranteed silence and tranquility. Cleanliness, hygiene and compliance with the provisions for Covid. An excellent starting point for many excursions, it offers guided initiatives respecting individual abilities. In short, a lot of attention. A small excess in table service is forgiven: wine and water are poured on request because everyone may have particular objective reasons for preferring the tasting of a single glass or not to drink water during the meal, without having to justify themselves. The waiters understood this by demonstrating professionalism and ability to grasp the real needs; someone else has shown more tenacity in imposing the pouring rhythm. But it's never too late to learn. Conclusion: 5 stars is an understatement. We would give at least 8. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Café/Restaurant, welches mittags geöffnet hat, hat einen furchtbaren Service, sehr unfreundliches Personal, keine gute Stimmung untereinander und super gestresst. Da ist viel Luft nach oben, auch wenn man das Hotel direkt an der Piste und die Nachfrage hoch ist, sollte man keine Abstriche beim Service machen. Unseren Eindruck bestätigten auch weitere Gäste. Schade!!!
The cafe/restaurant, which is open for lunch, has terrible service, very unfriendly staff, not in a good mood with each other and super stressed. There's a lot of room for improvement, even if the hotel is right on the piste and demand is high, you shouldn't make any compromises when it comes to service. Our impression was also confirmed by other guests. Pity!!!
