Smaller than the competition in the area, but certainly more polite and helpful. E-bike and pushchair rental at the same price as the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bsoluter top Service. Ich hatte beim Reservieren einen Fehler gemacht und die Bikes nach Kastelruth statt oben zur Alm liefern lassen. Herr Fill ist persönlich von der Alm herunter gefahren und hat die Räder wieder hoch zur Seiser Alm gebracht als wir oben im Geschäft standen.
Leider ist dann bei einem der Bikes mitten auf der Alm ein Kontaktptroblem am Akku aufgetreten. Da kein passendes Bike mehr da war, hat Herr Fill eines vom Nachbarn ausgeliehen und persönlich zu uns gebracht. Wir hatten einen tollen Tag, weil der Verleiher alles gegeben hat. Danke dafür.
Wir kommen wieder!
Absolutely top service. I made a mistake when making reservations and had the bikes delivered to Castelrotto instead of up to the Alm. Mr. Fill drove down from the Alm personally and brought the bikes back up to the Alpe di Siusi when we were upstairs in the shop.
Unfortunately, one of the bikes then had a contact problem on the battery in the middle of the mountain pasture. Since there was no longer a suitable bike, Mr Fill borrowed one from the neighbor and brought it to us personally. We had a great day because the rental company gave everything. Thanks for that.
We will be back!

Privater Schrank auf der Alm anmietbar, so dass das Equipment einfach gelagert werden kann.
Anprobe auch in Kastelruth möglich, Equipment wird dann zur Alm transportiert.
Competent advice, professional equipment in top condition and warm support.
Private closet can be rented on the Alm, so that the equipment can be easily stored.
Fitting is also possible in Castelrotto, equipment will then be transported to the Alm.
