Accogliere i clienti con l'obbiettivo di farli uscire soddisfatti in tutto e di tutto è l' obbiettivo fondamentale. IN TUTTO QUESTO SONIA oltre ad essere carina e gentile,ha capito perfettamente che bisogna avere la passione,la professionalità. le cinque stelle non vanno al negozio ma bensì a lei.
