Cambia location senza preavviso, e non rimborsa i clienti: Abbonamento annuale sottoscritto ad ottobre 2020, a dicembre viene comunicato la nuova apertura in centro a Torino... impossibile per me da raggiungere. alla richiesta di avere un rimborso monetario mi viene risposto che "il rimborso verrà corrisposto tramite voucher". lo trovo molto scorretto...avete perso un cliente. EDIT: ho visionato la vostra risposta, con quale coraggio affermate che quanto dichiarato non sia vero? La vostra comunicazione di cambio sede è avvenuto SUCCESSIVAMENTE alla sottoscrizione del mio abbonamento. Chiaramente non avrei fatto un abbonamento se fossi stato informato. Davvero pessimi Very disappointed. Incastonata come un gioiello all'interno del complesso commerciale del Lingotto in Torino, rappresenta il punto di riferimento di molti, infatti è frequentata da tutte le fasce di età grazie ad una buona aggregazione tra istruttori e frequentatori. Il personale è cordiale, discreto e competente. Le sale sono opportunamente dimensionate e i corsi completano le potenzialità in termini di offerta della palestra. La sala bagno è lo spogliatoio sono ampi e sempre puliti. Se volete oggi sono qui! ci si vede lì!!l The sport town is the "gym". Set like a jewel within the Lingotto shopping complex in Turin, it represents the reference point for many, in fact it is frequented by all age groups thanks to a good aggregation between instructors and visitors. Ormai sono anni che frequento Sport Town e se cercate un posto per allenarvi in spazi adeguati e col supporto di istruttori qualificati (oltreché disponibili e simpatici) è quello giusto. Even after the transfer to the center I confirm the 5 stars! I have been attending Sport Town for years now and if you are looking for a place to train in adequate spaces and with the support of qualified instructors (as well as helpful and friendly) it is the right one.
f	fabio acquaviva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre avuto difficoltà ad avere costanza in palestra perché mi annoiavo, mentre venendo qua ho apprezzato tanto l’idea del BOOTCAMP dove l’allenamento è concentrato in poco meno di un’ora e varia di giorno in giorno e tra una settimana e l’altra, impossibile annoiarsi e sopratutto impossibile non sentirsi stimolati! Staff eccezionale, disponibile, educato e allegro. Ambienti puliti e ben organizzati nel rispetto delle regole anti-covid I have always had difficulty having consistency in the gym because I was bored, while coming here I really appreciated the idea of the BOOTCAMP where the training is concentrated in just under an hour and varies from day to day and between a week and other, impossible to get bored and above all impossible not to feel stimulated! Ho trovato la mia dimensione ideale grazie ad un allenamento, il Bootcamp, completo, vario, divertente, durante il quale è impossibile annoiarsi e risulta naturale essere stimolati a dare il meglio. Istruttori super preparati e davvero disponibili, staff eccezionale. Un perfetto mix di condizioni, che rende l'andare in palestra un vero piacere! Never had consistency in the gym until I got here! I found my ideal size thanks to a training, the Bootcamp, complete, varied, fun, during which it is impossible to get bored and it is natural to be stimulated to give your best. Super trained and really helpful instructors, exceptional staff. A perfect mix of conditions, which makes going to the gym a real pleasure!

Avrei messo zero stelle ma non si può, cmq felice di esserne uscita,non parlo della situazione covid, su questo avete ragione,ma torno a ripetere ,siccome non.l ho voluta io e neanche voi questa legge e non credo nel contratto ci sia qualcosa che fa riferimento al covid..mi era stato detto che avrei potuto "congelare l abbonamento,poi vi siete rimangiati le parole..cmq...mi avete fatto pagare l annuale nonostante mi sia iscritta a dicembre..dopo la disdetta a gennaio mi avete accreditato 30 euro di associazione...siete patetici,anche questa volta ho fatto beneficenza ,cosa si fa x il denaro!!!! y	yas green on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, good infrastructure, easy parking ah and very important for a gym very reasonable number of days when the structure closes down (bank holidays etc.) I had terrible experiences in former clubs where every time there was a bank holiday, the gym was closed. When does someone has time to dedicate to leisure? On holidays! PS Paola and Laura are stars! Yas.
