No recommendation - bikes with a defective valve and a defective gear shift lent, absolutely no goodwill, just a reproach why we did not contact us, although we were expressly informed at the rental that there is a lunch break from 12-3pm - very contradicting.

Bei Sport Mode Maria wurde ich kompetent beraten und konnte unterschiedlichste Varianten von Wander/Trekkingschuhen anprobieren. Das empfohlene Modell erwies sich nach zwei Wandertagen als die absolut richtige Wahl! Der Wanderurlaub ist gerettet.?Vielen Dank für die tolle Beratung. Ausser den Schuhen kaufte ich noch eine sehr stylische Winterjacke zu einem tollen Preis. Since I got a water blister while hiking and my old hiking shoes only caused pain, a replacement was urgently needed. At Sport Mode Maria I received competent advice and was able to try on a wide variety of hiking / trekking shoes. The recommended model turned out to be absolutely the right choice after two days of hiking! The hiking holiday is saved. Thank you for the great advice. Besides the shoes, I also bought a very stylish winter jacket at a great price.
L	Leonardo Squeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato 2 e-bike full per un giorno. Prezzo in linea con i concorrenti ed i mezzi noleggiati sono di un buon livello. Premetto che siamo 2 persone che in bicicletta ci vanno da una vita, perciò siamo abbastanza esigenti. Una prima osservazione: abbiamo chiesto una camera d'aria di scorta o un kit di riparazione in caso di foratura, ci è stato negato giustificando con "non succede mai di forare". Quelli come noi sanno invece quanto sia importante essere pronti ad ogni evenienza quando si fa un'uscita in mountain bike, soprattutto se il livello tecnico comincia ad essere alto: è una cosa che assolutamente non va bene, perché nel momento in cui un cliente decide di prendere una bici a noleggio, non deve avere problemi di nessun tipo, e soprattutto, in un'attività del genere, bisogna saper soddisfare le esigenze di tutti, dal turista che cerca il mezzo per la passeggiata, al ciclista esperto, che magari usa il noleggio come occasione per provare un tipo di bici diverso. Seconda osservazione: le biciclette ci sono state consegnate così com'erano state lasciate dai precedenti utilizzatori, non si sono presi nemmeno il fastidio di lubrificare la catena e regolare l'altezza della sella. Inoltre, si sono rifiutati di cambiare i loro pedali flat con i nostri pedali clip-in, ormai un dogma per i ciclisti più esperti, giustificandosi col fatto che la gente non sa usarli e rompe le bici cadendo. Questa giustificazione la trovo assurda perché, come detto prima, bisogna saper adattare i mezzi alle esigenze di ogni cliente, che sia esperto o meno. We hired 2 full e-bikes for one day. Price in line with competitors and the hired vehicles are of a good level. I state that we are 2 people who have been cycling for a lifetime, so we are quite demanding. A first observation: we asked for a spare inner tube or a repair kit in case of a puncture, we were denied justifying with "it never happens to puncture". On the other hand, those like us know how important it is to be ready for any eventuality when going out on a mountain bike, especially if the technical level begins to be high: it is something that is absolutely not good, because when a customer decides to rent a bike, must not have problems of any kind, and above all, in an activity of this kind, you must be able to meet the needs of everyone, from the tourist who is looking for the means for a walk, to the expert cyclist, who perhaps uses the rental as an opportunity to try a different type of bike. Second observation: the bicycles were delivered to us as they were left by previous users, they didn't even bother to lubricate the chain and adjust the saddle height. Also, they refused to swap their flat pedals for our clip-in pedals, now a dogma for more experienced cyclists, justifying the fact that people don't know how to use them and break bikes by falling. I find this justification absurd because, as mentioned before, you have to know how to adapt the means to the needs of each customer, whether he is an expert or not.

Man sollte meinen, dass die Räder vorher komplett vom Vermieter gewartet sind. Meine Schaltung war definitiv nicht richtig eingestellt, hakelig und mit Eigenleben. Die Montage des Fahrradständers erfolgte wohl sachgemäß mit überstehenden, scharfkantigen Schrauben. Meine Wade überstand dies jedoch unverveletzt, was ich jedoch von meinem neuwertigen Sportschuh nicht feststellen konnte. Dies wurde vom Verleiher mit höchstem Bedauern und Kulanz bekundet..." das tut mir aber leid" We rented ebikes for a nice mountain bike tour.
