★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were here for a light lunch and drinks with 4 friends the day before we flew home.
The margherita pizza was excellent, And the pizza for two was even better.
However, the Aperol Spritzes were the best we had during our time in Italy...
If we ever make it back to Ortigia, we will definitely visit again.

For starters: The mussels were the most disgusting I’ve ever tasted - probably weeks old - and the shrimps were super burnt. My seafood pasta came disguised as an aluminium foil swan; when I opened it, it smelt fishy and rotten. But the service was even more disappointing - rude & unfriendly staff. So far the worst experience in the whole of sicily. Please treat your guests with more respect - tourists are humans, too.

However, be careful that tou have tomadd service even if the menu writes Servicio included!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to have your food in 5 minutes after you ordered, this is the place to be. Don’t know how they manage it; but if you are late to catch a flight, this could be your place. Otherwise I recommend you have just a drink and pay the additional 2 euro ‘seating costs’ with a smile and enjoy the sunset. Don’t expect much of a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, you pay more for the view than for the taste of the food or the restaurant design. But i appreciated that they change the table cloth after each client and we also enjoyed a live recital of a very talented singer!
