★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was raining when we arrived to Levanto but once we got to the beach, the sun came up and we enjoyed the time there watching surfers riding the very big waves. Very nice and clean little city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go there if you are a tourist. More than 50% of the place is Reservated for locals. On every entrance is standing “FULL”. No chance. The place is empty but reserved for the locals. Every restaurant is booked over. Take another place to enjoy the beach. By the way the waves are REALLY heavy and big. Not much to enjoy but the view is really nice. We became the last three chairs for 40€(!!!!!!) because we had no plan B so we stayed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean beach. Was not busy at all today. They are life guards present, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas. Bit unclear which beds are free to use and which need to be paid for though.. Would recommend to bring water shoes, as the entrance to the sea is very Rocky and can hurt your feet. The water is super clear and absolutely lovely.
