Interessante la scelta di ridurre il menu a poche ma efficaci portate visto l alto afflusso della serata.
Sicuramente da ritestare in una serata normale premesso che l Arrosto è stato divino così come l Antipasto.
Fantastic evening with attached and connected fires enjoyed directly from the beach.
The choice of reducing the menu to a few but effective courses is interesting given the high influx of the evening.
Definitely to be retested on a normal evening given that the Roast was divine as well as the Antipasto.
