★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiaggia prevalentemente rocciosa locata tra la Biodola e Procchio. Piccola lingua di sabbia dove poter mettere un ombrellone e sdraiarsi. Raggiungibile in circa 20 minuti da un sentiero praticabile che parte dalla Biodola. Bellissima veduta. Acqua pulita.
 Mainly rocky beach located between Biodola and Procchio. Small strip of sand where you can put an umbrella and lie down. Reachable in about 20 minutes from a practicable path that starts from Biodola. Beautiful view. Clean water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2° Spiaggia che si incontra sul "Sentiero della salute" che parte dalla spiaggia della Biodola in direzione Procchio. Spiaggia di Poseidonie, pressoché di sassi e fondale quasi subito profondo. Fondale pieno di Poseidonie
2nd Beach that you meet on the "Path of health" which starts from the Biodola beach towards Procchio. Poseidonie beach, almost pebbly and almost immediately deep seabed. Backdrop full of Poseidonias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La spiaggia è carina..intima..ci si accede tramite un lungo percorso.. il sentiero della salute. L'acqua sembra cristallina ma guardando meglio si nota la schiuma che arriva dalle barche vicine.
The beach is nice .. intimate .. it is accessed via a long path .. the path of health. The water looks crystal clear but looking closer you can see the foam coming from nearby boats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola e graziosa spiaggia di sassi. La si raggiunge tramite un sentiero nel bosco oppure tramite barca o, come nel nostro caso, pedaló! Siamo partiti da Spartaia con due "ciclisti del mare" al comando. In spiaggia non ci sono servizi.
Small and pretty pebble beach. It can be reached via a path in the woods or by boat or, as in our case, pedalos! We left Spartaia with two "sea cyclists" in command. There are no services on the beach.

Walk from procchio to la biodola ... splendid walk immersed in nature, at times more tortuous but absolutely feasible ... offers suggestive views and stops in semi-deserted alleys. Highly recommended

Beautiful cove, which you meet after that of Lamaia, starting from the beach of Biodola towards Procchio, taking the Path of Health.
