★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un navigatore e mi è arrivato già aperto, con il contaore che segnava 54 ore di utilizzo. Evidentemente era un pezzo da esposizione, cosa non segnalata in fase di acquisto. Tutti gli accessori buttati dentro alla rinfusa nella scatola e fuori dai relativi sacchetti protettivi. Peccato perchè nella spedizione sono velocissimi, ma sono rimasto ampiamente deluso. Contattati per avere almeno uno sconto visto che il prodotto non era nuovo, mi hanno proposto il reso: troppo facile fare così.... Sconsigliato.
 I bought a navigator and it arrived already open, with the hour meter showing 54 hours of use. Evidently it was a display piece, which was not reported during the purchase phase. All accessories thrown in bulk in the box and out of their protective bags. Too bad because in the shipment they are very fast, but I was largely disappointed. Contacted to get at least a discount since the product was not new, they offered me the return: too easy to do so .... Not recommended.

Il 24/02/2020 con una laconica mail mi avete annullato unilateralmente l’ordine asserendo che i prodotti non ci sono.
Vi ho telefonato per lamentare che non dovevate accettare l’ordine e trattenere il prezzo se la merce non l’avevate in magazzino. Chi mi ha risposto senza qualificarsi non si è neppure degnato di scusarsi per l’accaduto trattando l’accaduto come normale pratica commerciale.
Oggi 26/02/2020 il prezzo dell’ordine è ancora trattenuto sulla carta di credito! Restituitemelo subito!

Sul mercato ci sono aziende che trattano i clienti con più rispetto e a loro mi rivolgerò d’ora innanzi.

On 24/02/2020 with a laconic email you unilaterally canceled my order by asserting that the products are not there.
I phoned you to complain that you did not have to accept the order and keep the price if the goods were not in stock. Those who answered me without qualifying did not even deign to apologize for what happened, treating the event as normal commercial practice.
Today 26/02/2020 the order price is still kept on the credit card! Give it back now!
