Nel mio caso mezzo guasto il mercoledi alle 15.00 e mezzo riconsegnato alle 13.00 del giorno dopo con pezzo di ricambio arrivato direttamente dalla Germania. Consigliatissimo! Il problema alla mia vettura, l ho risolto in un altro autorizzato vw decisamente più professionale e in tempo brevissimo. Peccato, mi sembra di capire che tengano più al loro cliente che al marchio. Non li conoscevo e personalmente sono rimasto stupito del trattamento. Contatto tempestivo con il cliente e risoluzione del problema in 1 giorno . Grazie a loro ho la macchina per le feste e per andare a lavoro. Al prossimo tagliando vado sicuramente da loro.
