I ordered a pizza twice and it arrived carbonized and not only the raw fish stank very much ...... truly a pizzeria to close. ???

Do 4 stelle per il personale perché non era abbastanza gentile e cordiale. La signora sembrava quasi nervosa che siamo andati alle 22:30 a mangiarci una pizza da loro. The pizza was very good at long levitation. Even the whole was not bad (leavening 13 hours). I give 4 stars for the staff because they were not nice and friendly enough. The lady seemed almost nervous that we went at 10:30 to eat a pizza from them.

Ordered several times with home delivery and in addition to the fact that they delayed deliveries by over 1 hour, the pizzas always arrived raw and the fried feet of oil.
v	variabless 29 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che gran PECCATO. Spero che questa recensione sia un punto di riflessione per il locale, e che possa essere un punto di partenza per migliorare. Partiamo dalla pizza che è stata la cosa che mi ha fatto dire Gran Peccato. La pizza è l'impasto sono BUONI. Il personale è cortese. Il prezzo Buono. Cosa c'è che non va e che ti spinge nonostante gli aspetti positivi a non rivivere l'esperienza: Organizzazione = inesistente, pensare di avere tutte le comande sparse e di non perdere l'ordine di evasione è assurdo.(abbiamo aspettato 1h, e all'ennesima richiesta era evidente che l'ordine fosse quasi stato perso) Abbiamo ordinato dei fritti, purtroppo anche qui non c'è stata sincronizzazione tra pizza e fritti, altro appunto poco piacevole è stato constatare che dopo aver aspettato 55min-1h non puoi servirmi parte dei fritti appena fatti e parte riscaldati al microonde. Infine tasto molto dolente discorso mascherine queste, oscure a molti operatori all'interno.(io posso capire i pizzaioli, che a quel caldo è una tortura, ma tutti i fattorini che si aggirano vicino il bancone delle pizze NO!) Le ragazze dietro il bancone hanno bisogno di un pò di formazione, non si può improvvisare serve fornire le comande ai pizzaioli nel modo più organizzato possibile. Ciò che più mi dispiace è riportare questi problemi dopo aver visto con quanto impegno lavorano i ragazzi dietro al forno, perchè questo va riconosciuto. SPERO, di ritornare perché la parte più importante non è da dimenticare LA PIZZA È BUONA. Ecco perche non ho dato 1 stella. Ma serve un'organizzazione diversa. What a great SIN. I hope this review is a point of reflection for the venue, and that it can be a starting point for improvement. Let's start with the pizza which was the thing that made me say Gran Peccato. The pizza and the dough are GOOD. The staff is courteous. Good price. What's wrong and that pushes you despite the positive aspects not to relive the experience: Organization = non-existent, thinking of having all the orders scattered and not losing the order of evasion is absurd. (We waited 1h, and at the nth request it was evident that the order had almost been lost) We ordered fried foods, unfortunately there was no synchronization between pizza and fried foods here, another unpleasant note was that after waiting 55min-1h you can't serve me part of the freshly made fried food and part heated in the microwave. Finally, a very sore point is these masks, obscure to many operators inside. The girls behind the counter need some training, you can't improvise you need to provide orders to the pizza chefs in the most organized way possible. What I regret most is to report these problems after seeing how hard the guys behind the oven work, because this must be recognized. I HOPE, to come back because the most important part is not to forget THE PIZZA IS GOOD. That's why I didn't give 1 star. But a different organization is needed.
