Per tacere della stretta competenza in ambito informatico, il più delle volte nella mia esperienza passata ho dovuto chiamare più volte per sapere quanto sarebbe stato possibile ritirare il pc (in quel caso) addirittura settimane dopo la data che mi avevano detto loro. La goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso è stato che il mio Acer 5755G dopo essere stato da loro presentava evidenti righe sulla parte posteriore dello schermo. L'incuria è il pressapochismo con cui trattano i clienti (e allo stesso modo gli oggetti) è vergognosi
Staff not very flexible and correct. To keep quiet from the strict IT competence, most of the time in my past experience I had to call several times to find out how much it would be possible to withdraw the PC (in that case) even weeks after the date they told me. The straw that broke the cam was that my Acer 5755G after being with them had evident lines on the back of the screen. Carelessness is the rough speech with which customers (and objects in the same way) are shameful
