Cercato di rintracciare il pacco, rispondevano che tale giorno sarebbe arrivato e non è successo. Questa storia ripetuta più e più volte fino a quando mi sono recata nel magazzino di Bartolini a Roma e dopo una forte insistenza mi hanno dato un pacco. Arrivata a casa lho aperto e non era il mio. Ho chiamato bartolini e non rispondevano. Ho chiamato ASC EXPRESS e colui che mi ha risposto ha detto che non ne sapeva nulla. Che non era colpa sua. Io so solamente che ho affidato il mio pacco a lui, ho pagato la spedizione e che il mio pacco è sparito nel nulla. Ho trovato scortesia, inefficienza, incompetenza e indifferenza. Il signore in questione aveva il dovere di occuparsi in prima persona di rintracciare il mio pacco. Il pacco aveva in valore almeno di 80 euro Più la spedizione. Non era mia intenzione buttare 100 euro al vento. Considero questa cosa un furto. Pensateci bene prima di affidarvi a chi non sa lavorare e che non si assume la responsabilità del proprio operato. Horrible experience. Parcel shipped on December 18th and never arrived. I called and nobody answered. Trying to trace the package, they replied that such a day would come and it did not happen. This story repeated over and over again until I went to Bartolini's warehouse in Rome and after a strong insistence they gave me a package. When I got home I opened it and it wasn't mine. I called bartolini and they didn't answer. I called ASC EXPRESS and the one who answered said he knew nothing about it. That wasn't his fault. I only know that I entrusted my package to him, I paid for the shipping and that my package disappeared into thin air. I found rudeness, inefficiency, incompetence and indifference. The gentleman in question had a duty to personally take care of tracking my package. The package was worth at least 80 euros plus shipping. It was not my intention to throw 100 euros to the wind. I consider this a theft. Think carefully before entrusting yourself to those who do not know how to work and who do not take responsibility for their work.
