Staff discreet, not very reliable, asked the price of a replacement three months ago with no response, the phone rings but no one answers, I had to be called back for updates for the parts but nothing, one star too many.

Se li conosci li eviti. I took a chainsaw to repair, after 4 months I took it without repair, every time I asked I received a different excuse as an answer. If you know them, avoid them.

La prima volta che ho telefonato mi hanno risposto che i tempi per i ricambi ,colpa del corona virus , si erano allungati. Era passato in mese . Dopo un mese e mezzo la risposta fu , te la faccio in settimana . Niente . Ritelefonato risposta ,mio fratello non c'è. Altra telefonata te la sto facendo . Oggi 6 ottobre dopo altre notevoli chiamate la diagnosi è stata : La motosega è grippata. Se è questo il problema le varie storie sui pezzi di ricambio, sul tela la sto facendo ecc.. sono tutte b..... Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio On the 7th of August I brought a Husqvarna chainsaw, bought there by them in 2017, because it would not turn on. The first time I phoned, they replied that the times for spare parts, the fault of the corona virus, had lengthened. It had passed in a month. After a month and a half the answer was, I'll do it in the week. Anything . Called back, my brother is not there. I'm making another phone call to you. Today 6 October after other notable calls the diagnosis was: La chainsaw is seized. If this is the problem the various stories about spare parts, the canvas I'm doing etc .. are all b ..... I strongly advise against this shop
