★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affidato a questo rivenditore per la riparazione di un vecchio decespugliatore Shindaiwa con almeno 15 anni di onorata attività con il presentimento di lasciarlo in quiescenza per gli inconvenienti presenti.
Invece, con mia grande sorpresa, mi hanno detto che si poteva tranquillamente revisionare ed apportando qualche piccola modifica addirittura potenziare per farlo tornare agli splendori originari.
Dopo una settimana ed un costo inferiore agli 80 euro, mi ritrovo con una macchina che non teme alcun tipo di infestante anche di grandi dimensioni e che con un corretto tipo di filo taglia tutto come una katana giapponese. Il tutto con grande cortesia e buoni consigli della gentilissima Signora dietro il bancone

Instead, to my great surprise, they told me that it could easily be revised and by making some small changes even upgraded to get it back to its original splendor.
After a week and a cost of less than 80 euros, I find myself with a machine that does not fear any type of pest, even large ones and that with the correct type of thread cuts everything like a Japanese katana. All with great courtesy and good advice from the very kind lady behind the counter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio di assistenza macchie ed attrezzature giardinaggio e boschive molto professionale, serietà ,cortesia, disponibilità a risolvere tutto ciò che necessita....soprattutto positivo il fatto che ti dicano " questo noi non lo ripariamo" e non ti fanno perdere tempo...certo...qualche volta bisogna pazientare ed attendere un po' per riavere l'attrezzo ma è così dappertutto....
E aggiungo simpatia ....perché la ragazza che trovi ad accoglierti e a soddisfare le tue necessità è molto simpatica.
Alcuni attrezzi e macchinari a noleggio, soprattutto i tricia sarmenti, di varie misure.
Consigliato.
Very professional assistance service for spots and gardening and woodland equipment, seriousness, courtesy, willingness to solve everything you need .... above all positive the fact that they tell you "we don't fix this" and they don't waste time ... sure ... sometimes you have to be patient and wait a bit to get the tool back but it's like that everywhere ....
And I add sympathy .... because the girl you find to welcome you and satisfy your needs is very nice.
Some tools and machinery for hire, especially the tricia sarmenti, of various sizes.

Mi sono rivolto a loro dopo altre esperienze c/o altri loro concorrenti, non paragonabili. Fa sempre piacere anche la simpatia della ragazza al banco oltre alla professionalità del responsabile delle riparazioni. Veramente una bella azienda, la consiglierò a tutti, bravi.
It was a welcome surprise, serious and prepared even in spite of some producer / distributor affiliated to them. I turned to them after other experiences c / o other their competitors, not comparable. The sympathy of the girl at the counter is always a pleasure, as well as the professionalism of the repair manager. Truly a good company, I will recommend it to everyone, good.

I didn't find what I needed right away due to the shortage of materials in this pandemic period, but the staff are very friendly and helpful (what I needed was orderable, so a little patience is enough)
