★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scorsa settimana ci siamo recati al punto Enel di Paullo per una voltura.
Verificata l'impossibilità di procedere a causa di problemi informatici, ci ripresentiamo nella mattinata di oggi.
Parlando con le persone in coda verifichiamo che un altro utente è riuscito a fare la voltura.
entriamo quindi fiduciosi e presentata la richiesta all' operatore lo stesso, dopo aver volto lo sguardo all'oroglogio, senza nemmeno fare un tentativo ci dice che è impossibile eseguire l'operazione richiesta.
Al nostro sfogo con minaccia di passare ad altro fornitore, l'operatore fa spallucce dicendo che non può fare nulla.
Usciamo e contattiamo telefonicamente un altro punto Enel della zona ben consci che un'azienda come Enel non può permettersi un problema informatico persistente per una settimana.
Riceviamo conferma del funzionamento dei sistemi operativi e ci invitano a recarci presso di loro, consci dell'operato del punto assistenza di Paullo.
Voltura eseguita correttamente e in breve tempo.
Siamo spiacenti di vedere un giovane con così poca propensione laddove vi sono invece persone desiderose di potersi dar da fare.
