★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due volte mi sono recata in questo negozio ,non c'è mai l ' adetto al servizio Enel come si può andar al bar negli orari di apertura, dicendoti che arrivava subito con persone che attendono, vorrei chiedere chi e il responsabile di Enel perché non mi arrivano mai bollette ne via mail né via posta il problema non sono le poste e neanche il sito web ma sa proprio che e personale,invii reclami neanche ti rispondono veramente l ho trovato pessimo solo due volte mi son recata e servizio scarso.....
Twice I went to this shop, there is never an Enel employee as you can go to the bar during opening hours, telling you that he would arrive immediately with people waiting, I would like to ask who is the manager of Enel why not I never get bills neither by mail nor by post the problem is not the post office nor the website but you know that it's personal, you send complaints they don't even really answer you I found it bad only twice I went and poor service ... ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa lunghissimi.. 50 minuti con tre persone prima di me . Non sarebbe meglio aggiungere un operatore in più ed accorciare l attesa ? Anche perché l unico operatore presente allo sportello (peraltro gentilissimo e molto educato . Grazie Andrea !!!!) deve anche rispondere al telefono oltre che occuparsi dei clienti presenti in negozio
Long waiting times .. 50 minutes with three people before me. Wouldn't it be better to add an extra operator and shorten the wait? Also because the only operator present at the counter (also very kind and very polite. Thanks Andrea !!!!) must also answer the phone as well as take care of the customers in the store
