★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo innumerevoli tentativi al numero verde e tramite web senza risolvere il mio problema, mi sono recato il 16 Gennaio al Negozio Enel per aprire luce e gas. Devo dire che i due ragazzi sono veramente bravi, professionali e soprattutto efficienti. Anzi chiedo scusa per essermi presentato in modo molto maleducato con loro, in breve sono riusciti a tranquillizzarmi e risolvermi tutto. Fossero tutti così gli operatori Enel. Consiglio veramente a tutti l'ufficio Enel di Lodi.
