I guess they don't feel like working ... or maybe they just work with annual cleanings ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo richiesto una ristrutturazione completa del bagno nell'appartamento dei miei genitori anziani. Da quando sono "iniziati" e i lavori 13/9/2021 ancora oggi siamo in alto mare. Ormai si sta concludendo il mese di ottobre e finora hanno solo posato le piastrelle sul pavimento. Ieri telefono per esporre la mia lamentela visto che a gennaio i miei si trasferiranno in quella casa e come risposta ricevo dal titolare un: "se voglio il bagno lo consegno a gennaio perché non ho scritto data di consegna". Preciso che ancora stiamo aspettando copia del contratto.. Una delusione totale. Non li raccomando affatto.
We requested a complete bathroom renovation in my elderly parents' apartment. Since they "started" and the works on 13/9/2021 we are still on the high seas today. By now October is coming to an end and so far they have only laid the tiles on the floor. Yesterday I called to expose my complaint since in January my parents will move to that house and as an answer I receive from the owner a: "if I want the bathroom I will deliver it in January because I have not written the delivery date". I specify that we are still waiting for a copy of the contract .. A total disappointment. I don't recommend them at all.
