F	Fanny Ml on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uscita e manodopera a cifre esorbitanti, fuori dal comune per poi avere lo stesso problema. consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a qualcun altro. exit and labor at exorbitant amounts, out of the ordinary and then having the same problem. I highly recommend contacting someone else.

A	Andrea Locatelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ state alla larga da questa gentaglia!121€ solo per l uscita (dimostrabile con R.F.) cambiando pezzi a caso (probabilmente il tecnico non saprebbe neanche dirmi se l acqua calda è il rubinetto rosso o quello blu) per poi lasciarmi al freddo per 13 gg fregandosene e non rispondendo piú alle mie chiamate... Per fortuna ho risolto il guasto (una stupidata) con un’ altra ditta seria e professionale! stay away from this scum! 121 € just for the exit (demonstrable with RF) by changing pieces at random (probably the technician would not even know if the hot water is the red or the blue tap) and then leave me in the cold for 13 days not caring and not answering my calls anymore ... Luckily I solved the fault (stupid) with another serious and professional company!

Ho sempre avuto un problema sull'impianto dopo che hanno eseguito l'installazione, per anni sono usciti (dovendo pagare ogni singola uscita...) senza mai essere in grado di risolvere il problema, i loro stessi tecnici dicevano che i loro colleghi usciti in precedenza erano degli incopetenti. Risultato dopo diversi anni, diverse uscite di tecnici sempre diversi il problema non è mai stato risolto. Mi sono rivolto ad un'altra ditta di manutenzione e dopo 1 uscita, senza conoscere e senza aver installato loro l'impianto sono riusciti a sistemarmi il problema (con tariffe per l'uscita molto inferiori)...EVITATELI! Bad! I always had a problem with the system after they were installed, for years they came out (having to pay every single exit ...) without ever being able to solve the problem, their own technicians said that their colleagues left previously they were incopetenti. Result after several years, several exits of technicians always different the problem has never been solved. I turned to another maintenance company and after 1 exit, without knowing and without having installed the system, they were able to fix the problem (with much lower exit rates) ... AVOID IT!
R	Rossana Lutaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi tutti Imbroglioni e inesperti Sono stata ingannata dicendomi che la caldaia era da sostituire la scheda madre concordato da loro anche la cifra che andrei a spendere nel momento in cui ho fatto presente che era in garanzia magicamente la scheda NON era da sostituire ma era solo un piccolo problema delle pile . Praticamente lo hanno fatto funzionare giusto il tempo che uscisse dalla garanzia. Ora mi trovo senza caldaia perché giustamente periodo natalizio e i fornitori non lavorarono. Ho dovuto chiamare Termoidraulica gentilissimi e mi hanno risolto il problema. Vergognosi sono proprio delusa All bad Cheaters and inexperienced I was deceived by telling me that the boiler had to be replaced the motherboard also agreed by them the amount I would go to spend when I pointed out that it was magically under warranty the card was NOT to be replaced but it was just a small problem batteries. They practically made it work just the time it came out of the warranty. Now I find myself without a boiler because rightly Christmas time and the suppliers did not work. I had to call Termoidraulica very kind and they solved the problem. Shameful I'm really disappointed
