★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io sono stata iper soddisfatta dalla competenza, disponibilità e gentilezza che hanno avuto nel risolvere le problematiche delle utenze. Mi sono presentata da loro una settimana fa per un rimborso e per chiarimenti su due utenze, da subito mi hanno consigliato di cambiare offerta sia del gas e di energia perché avevo una tariffa troppo alta, e dopo sette giorni ho avuto finalmente conferma del rimborso che da ottobre nn riuscivo avere telefonando al numero verde.
Negozio molto efficiente, lo consiglio a tutti.

Ovvero quella di di aspettare le offerte dei futuri nuovi gestori . Non sono contento del personale perché mi avrebbero dovuto richiamare per dare spiegazioni e invece se ne sono fregati quando si vantavano della loro eloquenza. Questa recensione è soltanto la mia idea, ma anche un Consiglio per chi ancora non ha fatto un nuovo contratto. ASPETTATE gli altri gestori elettrici prima di firmare subito con loro. Poi ognuno è più che libero di fare cio che vuole siamo in democrazia (credo)
