Ho acquistato 2 vestiti di carnevale al prezzo di € 19.99 ( con cartellino regolarmente attaccato al vestito ) ma quando sono arrivata a casa ho notato che mi avevano addebitato l'importo di € 24.99. Torno in negozio facendogli notare l'accaduto e la risposta dell'addetta è stata che quel cartellino era riferito ad altro articolo perche battendo il codice a barre l'importo esatto veniva addebitato. Chiedo allora di parlare con il Direttore Luca il quale non si degna nemmeno di scendere ma dice alla ragazza di restituirmi i soldi e lasciare la merce, questa è l'attenzione che date ai vostri clienti? un vostro errore lo deve pagare chi viene a spendere i propri soldi da voi? avete dimostrato che per voi la soddisfazione del cliente è pari a zero tanto ci sarà qualcun altro che lo acquisterà a prezzo pieno. Io mi dispiace ma da voi non torno piu anzi racconterò a tutti la mia esperienza.

I bought 2 carnival dresses at a price of € 19.99 (with tag regularly attached to the dress) but when I got home I noticed that they had charged me the amount of € 24.99. I go back to the shop pointing out what happened and the clerk's response was that that card referred to another item because by typing the barcode the exact amount was charged. So I ask to speak with the Director Luca who does not even deign to go down but tells the girl to give me back the money and leave the goods, is this the attention you give to your customers? your mistake must be paid by those who come to spend their money with you? you have shown that for you customer satisfaction is zero so there will be someone else who will buy it at full price. I'm sorry but I won't go back to you anymore, on the contrary I will tell everyone my experience.
