Friendly and helpful staff, the point we needed in Bracciano. I had a problem on the meter, in addition to solving it I had some explanations that no toll-free number I contacted was able to provide me. Highly recommended

Mi sono recata presso di loro per un cambio gestore da Eni a Enel in quanto con il primo ricevevo bollette troppo alte e qui in negozio non erano mai disponibili. Presso il punto Enel invece sono stati super disponibili e gentili,spiegandomi in modo molto dettagliato tutta la prassi che sarebbe stata svolta dal momento della sottoscrizione del nuovo contratto. Cordiali e simpatici,consiglio assolutamente
Finally, after a long time, an Enel point has been opened here in Bracciano. I went to them for a change of manager from Eni to Enel as with the first one I received bills that were too high and here in the shop they were never available. At the Enel point, on the other hand, they were super helpful and kind, explaining in great detail all the procedures that would have been carried out from the moment the new contract was signed. Friendly and nice, I absolutely recommend
