★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata la scorsa settimana al Punto Enel di Biella per un problema di accesso all' área personale, non risolti tramite chat, le risposte dell'impiegato sono state nell' ordine:
1) non ho le competenze necessarie (Sic!)
2) il sistema in questo momento ha dei problemi
3) mi scusi, ma ora devo rispondere ad una chiamata importante, torni prossimamente
Penso non ci siano commenti da aggiungere.
Sono tornata questa mattina e un collega, un po' più gentile, mi ha riferito che non è un problema che loro possono risolvere
Voglio credere che sia così ( me ne accerterò), ma voglio comunque esprimere il mio disappunto per questa esperienza del tutto negativa
I was last week at Punto Enel in Biella for a problem with access to the personal area, not resolved via chat, the employee's answers were in order:
1) I don't have the necessary skills (Sic!)
2) the system has problems right now
3) Excuse me, but now I have to answer an important call, come back soon
I think there are no comments to add.
I came back this morning and a colleague, a little kinder, told me that it is not a problem they can solve
I want to believe that this is the case (I'll make sure), but I still want to express my disappointment at this completely negative experience

8 mesi senza mai vedere una bolletta cartacea ( dopo che ho scelto di riceverle così).
Ho provato via web ma nemmeno li mai arrivate .
Oggi dopo la 3 volta che vengo da voi a chiedere informazioni si impalla il PC
Direi che ho altro da fare che passare le mie mattinate a combattere contro i mulini a vento.
Pessimo servizio e pessima compagnia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto in pochi giorni effettuare due subentri per due appartamenti diversi..... Che dire, tutta un'altra storia rispetto ai call center, in pochi minuti ho espletato tutto.
In particolare il team di ragazzi con cui ho parlato erano preparati e disponibili. Un grazie a Corrado per aver risolto la grana delle ubicazione sbagliate.
In a few days I had to make two takeovers for two different apartments ..... What can I say, a completely different story compared to call centers, in a few minutes I completed everything.
