★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente sono rimasto molto deluso, problemi per agganciare un semplice iban fornito esatto più volte in 6 mesi .da qui il mancato recapito delle bollette del gas e quindi l impossibilità di fare autolettura con il conseguente addebito di bollette molto alte dovute alla lettura presunta.bollette che una volta emesse vanno pagate obbligatoriamente per poi aspettare il rimborso in seguito.ogni volta ci è stato detto che l iban era agganciato e che era tutto ok, ma oggettivamente così non è stato.
In negozio o al telefono dipende da che interlocutore capiti,può succedere anche di venire trattati con una certa sufficienza ai limiti dell arroganza,senza tenere che chi si rivolge a loro è comunque un cliente.
Honestly, I was very disappointed, problems to hook a simple iban supplied exactly several times in 6 months. Hence the non-delivery of the gas bills and therefore the impossibility of self-reading with the consequent charge of very high bills due to the presumed reading. that once issued must be paid in order to then wait for a refund later. every time we were told that the iban was hooked and that everything was ok, but objectively this was not the case.
In the shop or on the phone it depends on who the interlocutor understands, it can also happen to be treated with a certain sufficiency to the limits of arrogance, without keeping that whoever turns to them is still a customer.
