Consiglio di assumere personale più qualificato e soprattutto volenteroso. Zero stelle. Non lo consiglio They play on the phone while you are there explaining a problem, then they answer one thing for another. I recommend hiring more qualified and above all willing staff. Zero stars. Ho atteso un pò per la recensione in quanto sono stato al centro, e ho avuto i tecnici a casa per un problema caldaia, prontamente risolto. Mi sono recato a questo punto per un noioso problema su contratto e relativa tariffazione che non riuscivo in nessun modo a risolvere. La signorina al service con grande empatia è riuscita a risolvere la problematica, e alla richiesta di altre informazioni non ha avuto problemi a spiegarmi quello che le avevo chiesto. P.s. un elogio alla collaborazione del personale impiegato nel centro. Per l'intervento a casa, ottimo lavoro dei tecnici, arrivati anche in leggero anticipo, che hanno risolto il problema senza fronzoli. P.s. uniformi in ordine e il fatto di essere super attrezzati dimostra una solida società alle spalle, davvero complimenti... Optimal! Optimal! Optimal!
