Mi è stato regalato un percorso benessere di 90 minuti, per 4 persone, premetto che all'interno di questo percorso dovevamo far rientrare anche il tempo per la doccia finale, e relativa asciugatura dei capelli per via del fatto che bagno e spogliatoio si trovano all'interno della sala con sauna, vasca idromassaggio, docce emozionali e bagno turco. Per prima cosa mi è stato prenotato in una data sbagliata non da me richiesta, ma almeno la signora per ovviare al problema ci ha permesso di prenotare in un giorno diverso dal martedì (il percorso era prenotabile solo in tale giorno), in secondo luogo sono rimasta scontenta perché l'acqua della vasca era appena tiepida e quindi non sono rimasta più di 10 minuti, la sauna aveva la porta rotta per cui non ho esattamente capito come si usa una "sauna a porte aperte", la doccia emozionale aveva una temperatura dell'acqua calda di massimo 25 gradi, per cui uscita dal bagno turco non ho nemmeno goduto di una doccia per me adeguata al mio standard quotidiano, in soldoni ho patito il freddo... I was given a 90-minute wellness program for 4 people, I would like to start by saying that this time we had to include the time for the final shower, and the related hair drying due to the fact that the bathroom and changing room are located interior of the room with sauna, Jacuzzi, emotional showers and Turkish bath. First I was booked on a wrong date not requested by me, but at least the lady to solve the problem allowed us to book on a day other than Tuesday (the route was only bookable on that day), secondly I am I was unhappy because the water in the tub was just lukewarm so I didn't stay more than 10 minutes, the sauna had a broken door so I didn't exactly understand how to use a "sauna with open doors", the emotional shower had a temperature hot water up to 25 degrees, so when I left the Turkish bath I didn't even enjoy a shower suitable for me to my daily standard, in a nutshell I suffered from the cold ...
