★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un piccolo strappo sul paiolo gonfiabile del tender, che non abbiamo segnalato al check-in ma di sicuro non abbiamo fatto noi, ci hanno fatto pagare 150 Euro. In generale, al check in abbiamo segnalato dei danni che per serietà avrebbero dovuto dichiararne l'esistenza prima del check-in.
Poco seri, molto poco seri se confrontati con altri armatori
 For a small tear on the inflatable cauldron of the tender, which we did not report at check-in but we certainly did not, they charged us 150 Euros. In general, at check-in we reported damage that for seriousness should have declared its existence before check-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben im Sommer 2021 für zwei Wochen ein Boot gechartert. Der Gasanschluss funktionierte bei der Übernahme nicht und so mussten wir nach verlassen des Hafens wieder umkehren. Während den zwei Wochen sind keine Schäden bis auf den Verlust eines MOB Lichtes entstanden. Umso erstaunter respektive entsetzer waren wir bei der Rückgabe, als der Basismanager uns ein Matratzencover für 300 Euro in Rechnung stellte. Dies weil es kleine Löcher aufweiste, was für alle Beteiligten klar war, dass dies normale Abnützungsspuren sind. Doch weil wir kein Beweisfoto der Matratzen bei der Übernahme gemacht hatten, waren wir am kürzeren Hebel und mussten den Betrag begleichen. Nach einiger Diskussion konnten wir den Preis noch um 50 Euro drücken, doch 250 Euro für ein Matratzencover ist immer noch viel zu viel. Nachdem bereits das Jahr zuvor die Rückgabe bei der Spartivento-Basis in Salerno eine Katastrophe war, empfehle ich nicht bei Spartivento zu chartern.
We chartered a boat for two weeks in the summer of 2021. The gas connection didn't work when we took over and so we had to turn back after leaving the port. During the two weeks there was no damage apart from the loss of a MOB light. When we returned it, we were all the more astonished or rather dismayed when the base manager charged us for a mattress cover for 300 euros. This is because it had small holes, which it was clear to everyone involved that these are normal signs of wear and tear. But because we hadn't taken a photo as proof of the mattresses when we took them over, we were short of leverage and had to pay the amount. After some discussion, we were able to lower the price by 50 euros, but 250 euros for a mattress cover is still far too much. After the return at the Spartivento base in Salerno the year before was a disaster, I do not recommend chartering with Spartivento.
