Totale tempo di lavoro circa mezz'ora. Da evitare sicuramente They also charge for work not done. Specifically, they asked me for 200 euros to remove 4 injectors from the engine of a BMW. Hanno risolto un problema alla mia Jaguar che altre officine(anche loro SPECIALIZZATE e UFFICIALI) non sono state in grado di risolvere, quindi non aggiungo altro. Se dovete scegliere, non abbiate dubbi. Un ringraziamento speciale va sicuramente al Sig. Vittorio che mi ha seguito la pratica e al Sig. Domenico direttore della struttura. Il personale è sempre stato estremamente cortese e sollecito nel rispondere alle mie esigenze sia al telefono che di persona: dal chiarimento su una spia accesa, al "rumore" che mi sembrava di sentire o quant'altro. I tempi di attesa sono stati minimi. Ho dovuto effettuare la sostituzione della turbina che hanno effettuato in un solo giorno unitamente al tagliando. Durante un rabbocco dell'additivo hanno notato una sfregio sul paraurti che avevo fatto in casa la mattina e gli hanno fatto una passata di pasta abrasiva in maniera spontanea e gratuita. Ho deciso di cambiare il treno gomme da loro proprio per questo rapporto di fiducia e gentilezza che uniscono alla competenza. Ho chiamato la mattina per gli pneumatici mostrando loro la necessità di dover partire dopo due giorni e il loro corriere li ha recapitati la sera stessa. La mia esperienza con la Sparno Motors è decisamente positiva, dal punto di vista tecnico professionale e umano. Mi spiace non poter dare più di 5 stelle. During a refill of the additive they noticed a scar on the bumper that I had made at home in the morning and they made it a pass of abrasive paste in a spontaneous and free way. I decided to change the tire train from them precisely because of this relationship of trust and kindness that they combine with competence. I called in the morning for the tires showing them the need to leave after two days and their courier delivered them the same evening. My experience with Sparno Motors is definitely positive, from a technical, professional and human point of view. Sorry I can't give more than 5 stars.

Ho ritirato la vettura al centro SPARNO di CAPUA e da quel momento ho in più occasioni ( tagliandi, aggiunta ADBLUE , un intervento di carrozzeria , cambi gomme) potuto verificare la qualità del servizio. Il personale all’ accettazione (4 persone) è sempre stato cortese, disponibile ed estremamente professionale. Ho interagito con diversi dipendenti dell’ officina e anche in queste occasioni ho riscontrato le medesime qualità. Tempi brevissimi per lo svolgimento di tutti gli interventi. Qualità del servizio TOP. In sintesi , dopo una anno e almeno 8 contatti con la SPARNO MOTORS di Capua, posso ritenermi ben più che soddisfatto. Da considerare che ho, in tanti anni di lavoro e tutti con chilometraggi altissimi, avuto modo di “ conoscere “ molti centri assistenza delle varie società di leasing a lungo termine. Ho avuto il piacere di passare un'oretta abbondante con Gavino mentre la macchina era in riparazione e sono felice di avere conosciuto una persona super competente nel suo lavoro oltre che simpatica. Mi spiace solo di essere qui in vacanza perché sarebbe sicuramente diventato il mio meccanico oltre che un ottimo compagno per belle e rilassate chiacchiere. Lo raccomando a chiunque.
