Ho chiamato il soccorso stradale Tramite Europe Assistance, mi hanno detto che entro 45 minuti sarebbe arrivato il soccorso invece dopo 20 minuti già era sul posto. L'operatore del carroattrezzi molto gentile e disponibile e soprattutto professionale. Faccio i miei sinceri complimenti alla ditta Velardi e mille grazie. Very efficient company. Ma l'autosoccorso Velardi ha reso quest'esperienza meno traumatica, intervenendo con rapidità e cortesia (un dipendente si è persino offerto di darmi un passaggio alla vicina stazione ferroviaria, dato l'orario serale). Anche il mattino successivo, nonostante qualche problema di comunicazione con l'assicurazione, sono stati veloci a risolvere il disguido e a portare in giornata l'auto in officina autorizzata. Il giorno dopo mi sono recato per portare l'auto in officina e sono stato trattato in maniera molto poco civile. da tutti i dipendenti dell'officina. Ho inviato già il reclamo ad Europe assistence , a telepass pluss e all'agenzia che gestisce il soccorso in autostrada. Tutto questo non per chiedere danni ne scuse, ma per avvisare l'Europe Assitance a quali personaggi danno lavoro. The tow truck arrived on time and being Sunday had to bring the car to the depot. Non sapendo cosa fare della mia auto ho affidato la riparazione alla stessa ditta del traino , infatti, il carroattrezzi mi portava presso la loro sede , lì ho trovato delle persone gentili e molto disponibili. intanto che attendevo la riparazione mi facevano accomodare in un angolo all'ombra molto accogliente, qui mi veniva offerto con molta gentilezza acqua e caffè. per qualsiasi problema nella zona Capua Caserta consiglio vivamente di affidarsi all'Autosoccorso Velardi Silvano.
