G	Gioele Di Liberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loro mi sono sembrati seri e veloci,la signorina alla reception non mi sembra però che abbia molta voglia di lavorare(quella biondina)..Da più di una settimana mi mantiene in attesa per ottenere un certificato di rottamazione,che mi serve al più presto perchè devo disdire l'assicurazione del veicolo..Dicendomi che le manca sempre un documento e l'ufficio rottamazioni del centro (che non esiste,ma è lei che si occupa di tutto) E' CHIUSO They seemed serious and fast to me, but the young lady at the reception doesn't seem to me that she really wants to work (the blonde one) .. In gita ieri (domenica e giorno prima del 1 Novembre super-festivo) nei pressi di Cefalù, siamo rimasti in panne: in tempi rapidi siamo stati recuperati, trainati a Bagheria e rimessi in condizione di poter viaggiare. Il tutto con competenza, efficienza e, cosa non scontata, cordialità uniche da parte del titolare e di suo figlio. Che dire poi del centro operativo: completo di tutto, dal lavaggio al gommista passando per noleggio, mezzi pesanti, autofficina, revisioni, in pratica tutto! Solo negli Stati Uniti abbiamo visto officine con organizzazioni di questo tipo. Davvero una bella scoperta. Grazie e auguri per il nipotino! 5 stars is the best, otherwise I would have given more. On a trip yesterday (Sunday and the day before the super-holiday November 1) near Cefalù, we were stranded: we were quickly recovered, towed to Bagheria and put back in condition to be able to travel. All with competence, efficiency and, not to be taken for granted, unique cordiality on the part of the owner and his son. What about the operations center: complete with everything, from washing to the tire dealer through rental, heavy vehicles, garage, overhauls, in practice everything! Only in the United States have we seen workshops with such organizations. Really a nice find. Thanks and best wishes for the grandson!

Vacanza rovinata. Statene alla larga. Sparacio cambiate mestiere! Over an hour late from the arrival time communicated for roadside assistance. Peccato che erano della misura sbagliata, quando ho fatto presente che l'intera giornata era sfumata a causa delle catene, il personale ha prima dubitato poi fatto finta di nulla dicendo che avrei dovuto pagare prezzo pieno comunque. Senza un minimo di scuse. Pessimo modo di lavorare e atteggiamento. Consiglio: rivolgetevi ad altre ditte più professionali. I rented a van to go skiing at the battle floor. I was guaranteed the chains were on board. Too bad they were the wrong size, when I mentioned that the whole day was vanished due to the chains, the staff first doubted then pretended not to say that I would have to pay full price anyway. Without a minimum of excuses. Bad way of working and attitude. Tip: contact other more professional companies.

E bisogna chiamarli più volte per farli arrivare alla meta. Strano che l'assicurazione continui ad affidargli il servizio. Wrecker service with insurance absolutely scandalous. Il primo tentativo, dopo tante telefonate alla reception inconcludenti ed una data fissata grazie al confronto diretto con il titolare(di presenza, lui gentilissimo) è andato in fumo perchè il cestello si è guastato il giorno prima del mio intervento(puó succedere). Nessuna previsione sulla riparazione.. 'la ricontatteremo noi..' queste sono state le parole della receptionist. Ebbene da quel momento ogni lunedì ho richiamato io finchè il carrello è stato riparato. Provo a riprenotare intervento e sorprendentemente, il furgone col cestello si rompe di nuovo. Di fronte a domande sui tempi di riparazione la risposta è stata 'non lo sappiamo, abbiamo finito?'.. Ebbene potrà essere vero che al momento il lavoro c'è ed in abbondanza ma la maleducazione è la poca disponibilità non premiano nel lungo periodo. Spero che questo commento serva per migliorare e far riflettere sul fatto che dietro ogni telefonata c'è una persona che va rispettata perchè è il cliente di ieri e sarà, se trattato bene, anche quello domani. Ma forse questo non è importante. Ribadisco il fatto che il mio giudizio non va né al titolare, né alle altre attività (officine etc) ma esclusivamente alla 'non' disponibilità di chi risponde al telefono.
