Nessuna professionalità, quando interessa loro una cosa chiamano in continuazione e quando li cerchi tu non rispondono se sanno di essere in torto. Dovrebbero vergognarsi, nessuna serietà né professionalità. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da loro perché sappiate che se doveste avere problemi sarete soli a risolvere la cosa e non vi aiuteranno assolutamente! E le rispondo : Se è sicuro che mi stia sbagliando perché si scusa di non aver soddisfatto le aspettative? Sa benissimo che ho ragione! Se avesse risposto alle mie chiamate, cosa che leggo da altre recensioni è abituato a non fare, si sarebbe potuto risolvere tutto! Evidentemente ci sono per voi clienti di serie A e altri di serie B quindi siete comunque poco seri! Una grande azienda si comporta allo stesso modo con tutti. Il nome della vostra azienda, se proprio così la vogliamo chiamare, la macchiate voi col vostro comportamento assolutamente privo di rispetto e serietà nei confronti del cliente. Siete voi la vostra garanzia e non ne avete e non potete darne. Le recensioni negative sono solo una logica conseguenza del nulla che offrite.
