L	Leda Scanselli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella solo perché di meno non è possibile. Caminetto moderno bifacciale da 8'500 € fatto a luglio 2015, oggettivamente bello a vedersi e con ottima resa. Già durante la prima stagione di utilizzo si scrostano tutti gli stucchi lungo il contorno tra il blocco caminetto ed i refrattari (ristucchiamo noi ma tempo due gg si è punto e a capo); cosa peggiore la resina del piano davanti ad una delle due aperture cambia colore nella zona più colpita dal calore e vi si formano crepe evidenti rendendo il piano davvero brutto; i due grossi refrattari interni si spaccano da parte a parte (ci può stare?); la tenuta delle guarnizioni lascia qualche perplessità. Lo informiamo fin da subito, dice che ci rivedremo a stagione finita, in aprile (2016) e sistemerà. Crediamo nella sua buona fede. Il tempo passa, si rende irreperibile, cambia società, cambia sede. Dopo mesi compare la pubblicità sul giornale, lo ricontattiamo. Sollecitiamo più volte il suo intervento. Viene a casa a vedere, "sistemeremo", "faremo una cornice, verrò a prendere le misure"... Ultimo dei nostri molteplici tentativi la settimana scorsa. Non si fa trovare e non richiama, poniamo un ultimatum dopo ben UN ANNO E DUE MESI di invana attesa. Non lo rispetta. Sparito nel nulla. Non credo ci saranno novità ormai, dovessero essercene vi aggiornerò. Grazie Alessandro, buona fortuna per la tua attività... credo te ne servirà tanta!
