D	Domenico Leoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato l’azienda il 31 Maggio per arredare il soggiorno perché rivenditori di un marchio di mio interesse, a distanza di un mese dalla chiamata, dietro appuntamento, il 28 Giugno il Signor Spadoni è venuto per un sopralluogo dando un’idea di arredo prendendo le misure per un preventivo. Come da accordi, ci saremmo dovuti risentire nelle settimane successive per mettere il tutto nero su bianco ma non si è fatto sentire più nessuno. Passato un ulteriore mese, il 28 Luglio ho deciso di contattare io l’azienda. Alla chiamata ha risposto il figlio del Signor Spadoni che mi ha comunicato che stavano ancora lavorando al preventivo rassicurandomi. Il 9 Settembre non sentendo ancora nessuno ho deciso di richiamare, di nuovo mi risponde il figlio del Signor Spadoni negando addirittura di aver risposto alla mia prima chiamata di sollecito e dicendomi che mi avrebbe ricontatto entro il 14 Settembre perché molto indaffarati. Ad oggi, 19 Settembre, non ho ricevuto alcun contatto. Esperienza molto negativa, sconsiglio vivamente Spadoni Arredamenti in quanto la professionalità di un azienda seria ha come basi fondamentali il rispetto e una giusta comunicazione verso il cliente. As agreed, we would have had to resent in the following weeks to put everything in black and white but no one was heard anymore. After a further month, on July 28th I decided to contact the company myself. The call was answered by Mr. Spadoni's son who informed me that they were still working on the estimate, reassuring me. On September 9th, still not hearing from anyone, I decided to call back, again the son of Mr. Spadoni replies, denying even having answered my first reminder call and telling me that he would contact me by September 14th because they are very busy. As of today, September 19th, I have not received any contact. Very negative experience, I strongly advise against Spadoni Arredamenti as the professionalism of a serious company has respect and proper communication towards the customer as its fundamental bases.
