Abbiamo acquistato un divano letto, e, pur non avendolo ancora "testato"( è in consegna), ha un aspetto molto robusto e piacevole al tatto e alla vista. We bought a sofa bed, and although we have not yet "tested" it (it is in delivery), it looks very sturdy and pleasant to the touch and sight. Absolutely recommended

Approcci con altri negozi erano stati molto deludenti. Nutrivo qualche scetticismo; però mi sono detto: perché non provare, tanto non costa nulla. Mia moglie ed io ci siamo recati presso il negozio ed abbiamo trovato la massima disponibilità, la cortesia e la competenza dei coniugi titolari. Prezzi interessantissimi e qualità ottima. La cosa che ci ha stupiti positivamente, oltre al resto, è stata la puntualità nella consegna avvenuta con due giorni di anticipo. Ricevuto il divano in appena tre settimane. Quasi non ci credevamo fino a consegna avvenuta! invece il tutto si è avverato. Negozio consigliatissimo, affidabilissimi. Grazie, continuate così. Buon lavoro. I found out about the shop almost by chance. I read the ad on a street billboard. I was looking for a sofa / bed. Approaches to other stores had been very disappointing. I harbored some skepticism; but I said to myself: why not try it, it doesn't cost anything. My wife and I went to the shop and found the maximum availability, courtesy and competence of the owners spouses. Very interesting prices and excellent quality. The thing that positively surprised us, in addition to the rest, was the punctuality in the delivery which took place two days in advance. Received the sofa in just three weeks. We almost did not believe it until delivery took place! instead it all came true. Highly recommended shop, very reliable. Thanks, keep it up. Good job.

I titolari sono molto disponibili ed hanno cura del cliente. Il prodotto è ottimo con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Nello showroom si possono trovare vari divani per tutte le fasce di prezzo, noi ci siamo innamorati di uno dei top, ma non potendocelo permettere ci siamo fatti consigliare un prodotto simile ad un prezzo più accessibile per le nostre finanze e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti, sopratutto perché il prodotto è totalmente sfoderabile e lavabile. We bought both the sofa and the mattress with pillow from them. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the choice. The owners are very helpful and take care of the customer. The product is excellent with a good value for money. In the showroom you can find various sofas for all price ranges, we fell in love with one of the top, but not being able to afford it, we asked for a similar product at a more affordable price for our finances and we were extremely satisfied, especially because the product is completely removable and washable.

Sono 10 cm più corti rispetto alla misura concordata e in uno il tessuto è anche tirato male. On October 13th we ordered 2 sofas, delivered on December 2nd three weeks late. They are 10 cm shorter than the agreed size and in one the fabric is also poorly pulled.

A gennaio 2020 ci siamo rivolti a lui per avere un prodotto artigianale in breve tempo (vista la nostra esigenza di avere un divano letto per gli ospiti). Invece di due settimane il divano letto lo abbiamo avuto dopo circa 5 settimane (poco prima del primo lockdown per fortuna). Il meccanismo del letto ha cominciato a dare i problemi già da novembre 2020 e da allora sto cercando di avere assistenza. Tante chiamate, tanti messaggi al titolare ed ancora dopo 8 mesi non abbiamo risolto il problema. Il titolare ha voluto il video per poter capire il problema del divano senza mai venire a vedere quale fosse il problema. Ogni tanto con un messaggio o una chiamata fa credere che ci tiene a dare l'assistenza ma: tempi e parole MAI rispettate. Ve lo sconsiglio: un prodotto artigianale che ci ė costato due volte di più di un prodotto simile, senza nemmeno poter usufruire della garanzia legale. Ho aspettato tutti questi mesi per scrivere questa recensione solo nella speranza di ricevere l'assistenza promessa. One star is more than enough. I feel made fun of by the owner of the business. In January 2020 we turned to him to have a handmade product in a short time (given our need to have a sofa bed for guests). Instead of two weeks we had the sofa bed after about 5 weeks (luckily just before the first lockdown). The bed mechanism started to give problems as early as November 2020 and I have been trying to get assistance ever since. Many calls, many messages to the owner and still after 8 months we have not solved the problem. The owner wanted the video to be able to understand the sofa problem without ever coming to see what the problem was. Every now and then with a message or a call he makes believe that he is keen to give assistance but: times and words NEVER respected. I advise against it: an artisan product that cost us twice as much as a similar product, without even being able to take advantage of the legal guarantee. I have been waiting all these months to write this review just in hopes of receiving the promised assistance.

La moglie è stata semplicemente perfetta nel saperci consigliare la soluzione migliore alle nostre esigenze e il marito sempre disponibile e attento ad aggiornarci sui tempi di realizzazione e consegna del divano, che anzi hanno portato con un mese di anticipo considerando che è fatto interamente da loro, a conferma della passione prima di tutto che è il motore trainante di questa famiglia. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un prodotto artigianale e di ottima qualità. The wife was simply perfect in knowing how to advise us on the best solution to our needs and the husband always available and attentive to update us on the times of realization and delivery of the sofa, which indeed they brought with a month in advance considering that it is made entirely by them, confirming the passion first of all that is the driving force of this family. I highly recommend it to those looking for an artisanal product of excellent quality.
