β β β β β Do not get a facial here, it was horrible. The table made my back hurt for the rest of the day, they wiped my face with what felt like paper towels, and they turned on loud music.

β β β β β Have message with my girlfriend there. Can't complain about anything. Staff is really friendly, place is clean nice and cosy. Makes you feel really good. Highly recommended.

β β β β β The place is hard to find given the entrance looks like a car park staircase and unfortunately it doesn't get much better from here.
The highlight of our visit was the juice on arrival after which we were led down to the "spa" area which, instead of being a relaxing collection of hot baths and saunas, was a pool of frotting teenagers on a Groupon extravaganza.
Not being able to sit anywhere without a front-row view, we headed back up to wait for our couples' diVino treatment. Anything but divine it turned out, as we spent an hour and a half of our precious honeymoon lying on a trestle table being basted like a turkey by someone who slept through their alarm and woke up 3 hours late on Christmas Day in a foul mood.
This should have been a relaxing exfoliation and massage experience but just when you though the massage part was going to start, it went back to what felt like someone reluctantly slopping suncream onto my arms and legs. Having a naturally paler complexion anyway, I have the pleasure of needing to do this most days I leave the house between May and October and didn't feel I got great value out of paying β¬190 for someone else to do this for me.
Bottom line, if you want to spend β¬200 in Sorrento and come out feeling relaxed, book yourself a private boat or sit in the sun and drink 20 Aperol Spritz.

β β β β β After reading the last review I was unsure what to expect from this place. Our hotel gym and spa was not as good as we wanted and closed far to early for us. After waking up with a bad back from hiking the day before I wanted to find a good masseur to help relieve the uncomfortable pain at the base of my spine.Being only a 2 min walk from our hotel we decided to pay it a visit.
At the reception we spoke to a young lady who spoke English and gave us the options and told me to speak to their osteopath first. I have visited one in the UK as I put my pelvis out a little last year and suspected something similar had happened as I was hiking the day before.Usually I wouldn't let just anyone touch my back after having a bad experience with one before which made it worse but not having much choice I let him examine it. Well it's been 2 days now since then and I have no pain and am hiking again! After that I went downstairs where there was a lovely big thermal bath,sauna and steam room.both of us had a lovely time here and going back tomorrow.Paid 25euro for spa.35 for osteopath.worth every penny!!

β β β β β Disappointing couples massage. If you want to pay β¬45 to have someone gently rub oil on you for 45 mins, definitely come here. If you want someone to actually release any muscle tension, steer clear. I asked for more pressure and it didn't get any better. To be fair, I had to have a side lying prenatal massage, but I think they have never heard of it. Still, face up, she just helped me moisturize really well. My husband who is usually sensitive to deep pressure said it was too light for him too.
Booking online yielded zero response. Calling I was able to get an appointment same day for 3 hours later. The place was not too hard to find, at the far enough of town, lots of good signage, and located within a gym. Everyone spoke decent English. Facilities were beautiful. Music was too loud and not the relaxing spa type. I had high hopes. At least the price wasn't too extravagant by US prices.

β β β β β We had an amazing time at the Spa. It is clean with a range of different experiences - including a steam room and a large pool. We also got massages and they were just what we needed after a big week in Sorrento!

β β β β β The massage was disappointing, we paid for 45 minutes but we only got 30 minutes. When we said it, they said we were wrong but I looked at my watch just before. Also asked for medium or hard pressure but we both receive light. The spa itself was nice
