Purtroppo solo dopo un paio di giorni ho notato con mio dispiacere che la mia richiesta non era stata soddisfatta. Non ci avevo fatto caso prima perché essendo pettinato sembrava apposto, e invece ho notato che avevano solo accorciato i peli delle zampe… Li ho contattati appena mi sono accorta del servizio che ho ricevuto e a parte il fatto che hanno risposto al mio messaggio solo il giorno dopo avergli scritto, mi è stato risposto che forse non ci eravamo capiti, si sono scusati però comunque non mi hanno nemmeno proposto di rimediare ad un LORO errore, rispondendomi che comunque quello che avevo pagato (50€) per il servizio ricevuto era un prezzo onesto… Andavo apposta da Parma a Reggio per questo servizio e onestamente non credo proprio che ci ritornerò, sono rimasta delusa dal trattamento e del servizio che ho ricevuto. I went on purpose from Parma to Reggio for this service and I honestly don't think I will go back, I was disappointed with the treatment and service I received.
