Avevo urgenza di farlo lavare e rimetterlo in sesto, ho chiamato spiegando la situazione e loro sono state così gentili da inserirmi all'ultimo minuto tra due appuntamenti, con la mattinata piena. Direi che la disponibilità è di casa, e con essa anche la gentilezza e l'affidabilità, tutte qualità riassumibili in "professionalità". Spero che il micio si rimetta in sesto al più presto, nel frattempo non posso che ringraziarle e consigliarle senza dubbi di alcun tipo!
I brought my cat here after he came home completely soiled with what appeared to be motor oil. I was urgent to have it washed and put back in order, I called explaining the situation and they were kind enough to insert me at the last minute between two appointments, with the morning full. I would say that availability is at home, and with it also kindness and reliability, all qualities that can be summed up in "professionalism". I hope that the cat gets back on its feet as soon as possible, in the meantime I can only thank them and advise them without doubts of any kind!

In più ogni 10 lavaggi ne hai uno bonus gratis.
Possibilità di parcheggio davanti al negozio e di lasciare l'animale.
Really good and dedicated staff, you need to book well in advance. They brushed, washed and defined the Lagotto's hair (not easy hair) for 2.30h of work and they asked me for 40 €. Very honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here in Reggio Emilia with my Bolognese dog. I felt she needed to be groomed as her fur was getting matted. I was nervous to bring her to a place I was not familiar with but I have to say of all the grooming she has had, this was by far the best! She looks adorable and her coat is soft and beautiful. I will probably bring her for touch ups before I leave this area. Excellent job!
