What amazed me the most about this travel agency was the professionalism with which they work, always kind and helpful, they satisfied and satisfied my every request. They helped me with the organisation of my flights and my transfer from the city I stayed to the airport which is very important and that’s why I didn’t have to worry about anything. Also whereas I am a foreigner I couldn’t speak any Italian, there were no problems with the communication because they have a really good knowledge in English and that made it even easier ! It was a great experience in Italy and thank you guys for making it even greater

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My aunt travelled with this agency and they gave her a hard time. They were rude, and caused problems than solutions. She bought a bus ticket through the agency, and the bus didnt accept her Canadian vax pass. She had to buy another ticket and the company wouldnt give her a detailed receipt for over a month.
Overall poor customer service, very unorganized. Was not happy.
