★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approccio zero indifferenza totale,non riesco a capire per quale motivo ci si comporti in modo scortese.Durante l'orario di apertura al pubblico per niente disponibili.Chiesto alla direttrice per pagare la rata del mutuo in quanto il cassiere non mi ha accettato sempre in orario.Mi è stato riferito che la banca non è un treno che bisogna arrivare almeno mezzora prima...Senza parole..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. I dipendenti durante l'orario di apertura al pubblico non sono disponibili nemmeno per emergenze come lo smarrimento del bancomat e la difficoltà a rientrare presso il proprio domicilio senza disponibilità economica. Questi sono quelli che gestiscono i nostri soldi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente una Banca che funziona in tutto e per tutto, personale altamente motivato e risposte celeri. Mi riferisco alla BNL di Soverato: dopo aver girato altre filiali BNL nella zona, ove ho ricevuto anche informazioni errate, sono riuscito ad ottenere in maniera cristallina tutte le GIUSTE informazioni sui prodotti, in particolare una richiesta di mutuo ipotecario, che si è conclusa in meno di 30 giorni lavorativi (nonostante il periodo). Complimenti al Direttore ed a tutti i componenti della filiale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre aperto e questo è un buon segno, ogni tanto uno dei 2 bancomat è fuori servizio e questo va poco bene, come pulizia interna ambiente bancomat lascia a desiderare, in questo ambiente manca il distributore per disinfettare le mani e manca anche il rilevatore della temperatura.

Con oggi sono 10 giorni consecutivi che vengo senza poter versare all interno dell agenzia è presente solo una cassa che non rispetta neanche la presenza durante gli orari previsti. Sicuramente il signore molto gentile oltre alla cassa ha altri compiti da svolgere all interno dell agenzia.
2 anni fà l ATM ha fatto scomparire i miei contanti e per il rimbors o ho dovuto penare più di 2 mesi.
