Ideale per tutte le età e condizioni. Consigliatissimo sempre Silent and suggestive place. Apennine environment, pleasant walks, excellent water gushing from the sources .. fresh and clean air. F	Francesco Dutto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provenendo da Castagno d'Andrea è l'ultimo punto che si può raggiungere in auto dopo 2 km e 1/2 di strada sterrata, dopo si deve proseguire a piedi. La zona, oltre la nota fonte, è attrezzata con tavolini e possiede pure un rifugio in muratura (la porta ha un chiavistello sempre aperto) che si può utilizzare in caso di emergenza. I sentieri sono ben segnalati, evidenzio fra i più interessanti: da una parte alla cima del Falterona e dall'altra alla Gorga Nera, Crocicchie, Capo d'Arno e Lago degli Idoli. Coming from Castagno d'Andrea, it is the last point that can be reached by car after 2 1/2 km of dirt road, after which you have to continue on foot. The area, beyond the well-known source, is equipped with tables and also has a masonry shelter (the door has a bolt that is always open) that can be used in an emergency. The trails are well marked, one of the most interesting highlights: on one side to the top of Falterona and on the other to the Gorga Nera, Crocicchie, Capo d'Arno and Lago degli Idoli.

Troverai la possibilità dì fare molte escursioni anche adatte ai bambini o semplicemente un picnic, vista la presenza qua e là di tavoli. Attenzione: nel parcheggio staziona un furbacchione con un ex camioncino militare che vende salumi e formaggio. Stanne alla larga! Prezzi vergognosamente alti: 100gr di formaggio,8 fette di salame e due pezzi di schiacciata 22 euro. Porta il cibo da casa o rifornisciti in paese. You will find the opportunity to do many excursions also suitable for children or simply a picnic, given the presence of tables here and there. Attention: in the parking lot there is a crafty man with a former military pickup truck that sells cured meats and cheese. Stay away from it! Shamefully high prices: 100gr of cheese, 8 slices of salami and two pieces of flatbread 22 euros. Bring your own food or stock up in town.

Vi è anche un bivacco (ottimo per grigliate e per passare la notte (Max 6 persone…) Diverse escursioni nelle vicinanze. Well organized place, tables with benches in the immediate vicinity of the source. There is also a bivouac (great for barbecues and for spending the night (Max 6 people ...) Several excursions nearby.
